Before opening his office he served as an Assistant Public Defender and then First Assistant State Attorney for the Twelfth Judicial Circuit, where he was responsible for homicide and official-corruption prosecutions. Our attorneys work directly with clients throughout the representation. We have very limited support staff, so the lawyer handling your matter is the person you deal with. Other attorneys in Sarasota and Bradenton have referred many bankruptcy clients to us.
Where we practice
We represent clients throughout Sarasota, Manatee, Charlotte and DeSoto Counties, including Bradenton, Venice, North Port, Osprey, Nokomis, Englewood, Palmetto, Lakewood Ranch and Siesta Key. Bankruptcy cases from this area are filed in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Middle District of Florida, most often in the Tampa Division.
